MINIMUM ORDER VALUE

 

Our minimum order value is $100.

 

For first time wholesale customers, payment will be due prior to shipment.

 

For returning wholesale customers, payment will be due within 30 days of shipment/ delivery. Late payments are subject to a 5% late fee for every 14 days past due.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

​

Upon approval as a wholesale customer you will be issued a link and a password to access our online ordering portal. There, you will be able to preview wholesale pricing, shop for products, and place orders directly from our website.  Upon receiving your order, we will e-mail you with a digital invoice for the total charges with shipping.

 

PAYMENTS

​

When you receive an invoice from Megan Marie Myers Art, a PayPal button will be on the invoice to pay online. You can use this button to pay with your credit card or PayPal. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express are all accepted. 

 

We also accept checks, mailed to the address on your invoice.

 INVOICING ON BACKORDERS

​

As a small business, we attempt to keep a lean inventory. In some cases, this may require us to supplement our existing inventory by placing a print order. 

 

In this case, we will notify you to let you know that you will receive two shipments. We will ship you what we have in stock and the remainder of your order will be drop shipped from our print house.  You will have the choice of being invoiced for your full order or having the invoice broken into two accordingly. 

 

You will only be charged one shipping charge and we will absorb the second.

 

PRODUCT SELECTION

We reserve the right to choose which products are available for wholesale purchase.  Some products available via our Etsy Shop may not be suitable for retail sale due to packaging, quantity available etc.

 

WHOLESALE PRICING

  

All wholesale prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 50% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice but confirmed order pricing will be honored.

ONLINE SALES

​

Wholesale accounts are available to brick-and-mortar retail shops, or online retailers with their own storefronts (websites).  Businesses are forbidden from selling Megan Marie Myers Art products on any other online retail outlet. Megan Marie Myers Art merchandise may not be sold on Amazon, EBay, through Facebook Buy-In Groups or any other means.

DAMAGES & DEFECTS

​

We are happy to help in the case of damage or defects! Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact Megan Marie Myers Art at howdym3@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Please include photos of the damage. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 14 days after receipt.

 

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

To request a return or exchange, please contact Megan Marie Myers Art at howdym3@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 14 days after receipt.

 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the items are not returned in their original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

We cannot guarantee cancellation, but we will do our best to honor cancellation requests if they are made within 12 hours of ordering.

 

CONSIGNMENT:
